About BBMsafi Cleaning Services
BBMsafi was founded to bring reliable, transparent, and top-tier professional cleaning to Nairobi homes and offices. We started because finding trustworthy, well-equipped cleaners who respect people's spaces was unnecessarily difficult. Today, we take pride in delivering sparkling results with professional care and eco-friendly products.

Who comes to your door
Every cleaner is checked before joining: a valid National ID, a Certificate of Good Conduct from the DCI, and verified references from previous employers.
Before working on their own, each one is trained hands-on in fabric care, operating our extraction and steam machines, handling cleaning chemicals safely, and customer service.
How we work
We have no walk-in office — we come to you, at home or at work, anywhere in our service area.
At the end of every job we walk through the work with you. You pay by M-Pesa Till once you are satisfied, with no deposit for standard home cleaning.
What we clean
- Carpet Cleaning — Deep extraction cleaning that lifts embedded dirt without damaging the fibres.
- Sofa Set Cleaning — Fabric and leather upholstery cleaned by the method each material needs.
- Mattress Cleaning — Removes dust, allergens and odours from the surface you sleep on every night.
- Residential Cleaning — Room-by-room house cleaning, as a one-off deep clean or regular housekeeping.
- Office Cleaning — Workstations, washrooms and floors kept clean around your working hours.
Where we work
We serve homes, apartments, townhouses, residential estates, offices and institutions across Nairobi and its environs — including Westlands, Kilimani, Kileleshwa, Lavington, Karen, Runda, Muthaiga, Parklands, South B, South C and the surrounding suburbs.
